This evening was Claire's first piano recital.
It was very special. And she played so beautifully!

She was very proud of herself for learning the song so quickly and performing without any errors!

And these are the young beginners who we have a group lesson with once a month beside our weekly private lessons. These group lessons really help the children with performing in front of others.
Instead of flowers, we got her a little stuffed gerbil. Her idea!
We all went out for a late dinner together and celebrated this musical milestone.
During our meal, she wondered aloud what she might play for her next recital.
I am so very glad she enjoyed it that much!
