The Junior Class of Cypress Christian School planned and hosted Prom 2012 last evening.
The dance was at La Tranquila Ranch, a beautiful banquet facility. Ian chaperoned with other Junior parents. There was a coffee bar, dessert bar and candy bar. Meredith and her friends went to dinner at Flemmings before the dance.
We met at Bobby's house for photographs before they departed. . .
This is a great group of friends!
After the dance, the kids came to school for Project Prom . . . Survivor style!
The kids checked in, received their tribal t-shirt and had a blast from midnight until 6 am.
I volunteered at this fun event with other junior parents and our school's Junior Class Sponsors.
There were inflatables, a 4 on 4 volley ball tournament, more food, prize drawings, guitar hero, ping pong, chocolate fountain, and lots of fun. At four o'clock we watched Toy Story 3 and served breakfast. Meredith and I made it home by 6:45 am and fell into bed!
Today, Meredith just has to survive a day of rehearsals with little sleep! Then she can rest up.
We are officially on SPRING BREAK.....Yippppeeeeeeeeee!
