It has been quiet around our home (relatively speaking) this past week. Peter went with his best friend Brock to church camp in Forest Falls, California. It was great to see him this evening. The kids unloaded all their gear and we gathered around for a "debrief". Very fun to hear the kids tell stories about camp and all that God did throughout the week.
I know one thing for sure - these boys are going to miss each other when we move. We're so thankful they had this chance to grow in their faith together, make wonderful memories to cherish and have a stinkin' good time!
It was a great group of junior highers.
I'm sure we'll be hearing stories for a while......
we're thankful he had such an awesome, inspiring week.
His little didi (brother) was sure glad to have him HOME!
