David has been home for four months today!
In some ways, it seems like he has been with us forever. God has knit our hearts together so intimately. Praise Him!
In other ways, we cannot believe it has already been four months since our arrival home from China.
So much history has been made.
So many memories tucked away.
So many challenges met and overcome with strength and courage.
So many new experiences embraced with joy.
We delight in all the ways in which God has brought David to where he is today. Everything in his sweet little life changed so abruptly, but it is clear that the Lord went before him and hemmed him in, behind and before. His mighty hand was upon our son!
We are thankful - utterly thankful - that God chose this boy to be our son and our brother. We love him in the most amazing way, and he is learning more and more that he is secure forever and ever as a member of this family.
To God be the glory, great things He has done!
